Updates is quick, easy and free. You'll
receive same-day notification of new properties that meet your
criteria.

Looking for multiple
properties? You can have an unlimited number of free Home
Updates at any given time. To
get started, follow these simple instructions:

Create your free
Hill & Company account. You can do this by clicking
'My Account', just below the Hill & Co. logo at the top of the
page. Click Here to Create Your Account
Now.

Login to Your
Account. You can do so by clicking the 'Log In' button
under 'My Account.' Click here to
Login now.

Create your FHU.
Once logged into your account, click 'My Free Home Update'
to create, edit and delete saved FHUs.
That's all there is to
it. You can participate in this free service for as long as you
desire. We'll send you email notifications when properties come on
the market that meet your criteria. If
