Janinne was born and raised in Baltimore and is familiar with every neighborhood, including the schools, restaurants, shopping and attractions. From the popular Canton, Fells Point, Federal Hill areas to historic Guilford, Roland Park and Homeland, Janinne’s knowledge is evident. She has sold condos, townhouses and single family homes in all of these areas. She thoroughly enjoys welcoming out of town buyers to Baltimore and familiarizing them with the unique neighborhoods until the right fit is found. Prior to being a Realtor, Janinne owned and operated The Milk House, a home and garden gift shop for 10 yrs. and has a background in interior design. She offers her clients expertise in staging their home, both interior and exterior, to properly prepare it for a sale. She is there to assist sellers every step of the way to make the entire process as simplified and easy as possible. Janinne lives in Lutherville with her husband Jack and has three children, all alumni of Loyola High School, Maryvale Preparatory School, Towson University, Salisbury University and East Carolina University. Janinne is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Maryland Association of Realtors and the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors. She volunteers with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and serves on committees to benefit Maryvale Preparatory School.
