Richard Emory Gatchell started in Real Estate with Hill & Company in 1958, was an owner for several years and is now the Broker of Record. He sat on the Professional Standards and Ethics Committee of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors and Treasurer of the MLS service in 1975. In addition, Richard is the past Chairman of the Associate Division of the GBBR, as well as past director of the GBBR. His interest in Baltimore history and antiquities led him to be a founder of the Baltimore Heritage and founding member of the Society of the Preservation of Federal Hill & Fells Point. Richard is a graduate of the Gilman School and Johns Hopkins University. As a Realtor for over 50 years, Richard continues his service assisting buyers and sellers alike throughout Roland Park, Homeland, Guilford, Ruxton, Greenspring Valley and Baltimore County.
